All user operation behaviors and content processing procedures are completed based on local device operation rules.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data of users in any form, and no facial information will be uploaded, stored or reserved outside the user's local device.
Pictwist is a local portrait and social visual studio application that provides users with portrait remake processing, text cover design, still image animation, custom prompt creation, short clip rendering and other visual creative services. All functional modules including Muse template library, Forge custom creation, Folio local storage and Style Vault style saving are designed for local device operation. The application only provides creative tool functions and does not complete any data upload and external transmission behavior. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data generated during users' use of visual creation functions.
All service functions of Pictwist are open to all users without account registration and login. Users do not need to submit any personal identification information, bind any social account or complete any identity verification steps to use all application functions. The application does not generate any user identity file and user operation log for external storage. The application does not collect any facial data in the whole no account service process, and all user creative content and portrait materials are only kept locally on the user's exclusive device.
Users enjoy full independent control rights over all content created, edited and stored through Pictwist. Users can independently select template styles, edit custom prompt content, generate visual works, save local style samples and delete redundant content at any time. All user operation behaviors are independently confirmed and completed by users on their local devices. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data involved in user independent creation and editing.
Users shall use Pictwist services in accordance with public network norms and reasonable usage principles. Users shall not use the application to create, edit or derive any illegal, inappropriate, offensive or unauthorized content. Users shall bear full responsibility for all visual works and creative content generated by their local operations. The application does not monitor or record user local creative content, and does not obtain any user facial information in the supervision process. The application does not collect any facial data of users during all standard service usage processes.
The Muse template grouping function, Forge multi-mode creation function, Folio local management function and beauty score entertainment function provided by Pictwist are all limited to user personal entertainment and personal visual creation use. The beauty score function is only a pure entertainment tool, and all scoring results are generated by local algorithm calculation without any biometric identification and data recording. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data or biometric information through entertainment functions.
All still images, short clips, custom prompt texts, style samples and edited portrait works created and saved by users through Pictwist are fully owned by the users themselves. The application does not obtain any ownership, usage right or derivative right of user local creative content. All template resources built in the application are only for users' local reference and secondary creation, and no template resource ownership is transferred externally. The application does not collect any facial data contained in user owned creative content, and all content rights are exclusively owned by users.
Users have full management rights for all local content in the application, including viewing, secondary editing, saving to device photo album, local sharing, adding to style vault and active deletion. The multi select management function and cache clearing function provided by the application are all local operation functions, which only change the content status on the user's exclusive device. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the application will not retain any user facial data and creative content after user deletion operation.
Pictwist only provides local visual creation tool services for individual users' personal use. The application does not provide commercial operation services, data sharing services and network synchronization services. All service effects are subject to the local computing performance and device environment of the user's mobile device. The application does not collect any user data to optimize background services. The application does not collect any facial data in the process of providing and optimizing local tool services.
Pictwist can carry out local function optimization, template iteration and experience upgrade according to product operation demands. All application update behaviors only upgrade the local program function of the user's device, and will not actively obtain, read or upload any user local creative content and portrait information. Users can independently choose to update or retain the current application version. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, application updates will not trigger any collection of user facial data.
All user operation data, creative content and uploaded portrait materials of Pictwist are limited to local device processing and storage. The application has no network data collection and upload interface for user personal content and facial information. All data changes are completely controlled by user active operations. Pictwist does not collect, record, analyze or store any user facial feature data, facial print information and biometric identity data. The application does not collect any facial data, and will not bear any liability disputes related to user portrait content.
Users fully confirm that the local creation and entertainment functions of Pictwist are for personal entertainment only. The beauty score result has no practical reference value and does not represent any professional evaluation. Users shall recognize the local operation attributes of the application and confirm that all content risks are borne by themselves. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data to generate any user related risk records.
Pictwist reserves the right to adjust and optimize the content of this User Agreement according to product function iteration and service standard upgrade. The adjusted agreement content will take effect in the form of in-app display and page update. Users' continuous use of the application services will be regarded as recognition and acceptance of the updated agreement clauses. During all agreement adjustment and service iteration processes, the application will not collect any user facial data and local content information. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, any agreement adjustment will not involve the collection of user facial data.
