By purchasing and activating any subscription service of Pictwist, all users fully acknowledge and voluntarily accept all clauses stipulated in these terms. All subscription service data and user usage records are processed locally on the user's exclusive device. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data of users in any form during subscription service usage.
Pictwist provides paid subscription services for users to unlock advanced functional privileges. All subscription benefits are only applicable to the user's local device usage scenarios. Only the image generation function supports unlimited generation privileges under valid subscription status, and all other application functions still follow the basic usage rules of the free version. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the application does not collect any facial data in the process of providing subscription advanced services.
Consistent with the basic service mode of Pictwist, subscription service activation and usage do not require user account registration or login. Users can activate subscription privileges through local device verification, and all subscription valid period records and benefit usage records are only stored locally on the user's device. The application does not collect any facial data or personal identification information for subscription activation and privilege verification.
Pictwist provides four independent subscription cycle options for users to choose freely, including Weekly Subscription, Monthly Subscription, Semi Annual Subscription and Annual Subscription. All subscription cycles start to take effect immediately after the user completes the local activation operation, and the service validity period is calculated based on the corresponding cycle standard.
This is a short term valid subscription cycle with a valid period of one week. Users can obtain all exclusive subscription benefits within the valid period, and the unlimited image generation privilege is available for full use during the cycle.
This is a conventional monthly subscription cycle with a valid period of one month. All subscription exclusive privileges are continuously valid within the month, and users can enjoy unrestricted image generation services at any time.
This is a medium term subscription cycle with a valid period of six months. It provides long term stable advanced service privileges for users, and the unlimited image generation function is permanently available during the valid period.
This is a long term subscription cycle with a valid period of twelve months. It is the most cost effective subscription option, with all exclusive benefits fully opened and unlimited image generation services available throughout the valid period.
All users who activate any valid Pictwist subscription can obtain the following exclusive benefits. All benefits are only applicable to the local use of the application on the user's device, and the core unlimited privilege is only limited to the image generation function.
Subscribed users can generate images through the Pictwist Forge module without quantity limit. There is no upper limit on the number of single day and total image generations during the valid subscription period. This privilege is the only unlimited functional benefit of the subscription service, and video clip generation, template use and other functions do not enjoy unlimited usage privileges. All image generation operations are completed locally on the user's device, the application does not collect any facial data contained in user generated images, and all generated content is only stored locally.
Subscribed users are exempted from all daily usage restrictions corresponding to the image generation function. There is no time limit, frequency limit and usage quota limit for daily image creation. Users can freely carry out image rendering and generation operations according to personal creation needs. All generation behaviors are local device operations, and the application does not collect any user facial data or usage behavior data.
Subscribed users can enjoy priority official customer support services. For all consultation, feedback and problem solving demands related to application function use, subscription privilege verification and local creation problems, subscribed users' demands will be processed preferentially. The support service only aims at solving product use problems, and does not involve any collection of user local content and facial information. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, priority support service will not obtain or collect any user facial data.
All subscription exclusive benefits are only valid during the user's active subscription cycle. Once the subscription period expires, all unlimited image generation privileges and priority support privileges will automatically fail, and the application will restore the free version basic usage rules. All local user creation content will not be affected by the expiration of subscription services. The application does not collect any facial data before, during and after the subscription valid period.
The subscription unlimited privilege is strictly limited to the image generation function. All other functions including video clip rendering, template application, beauty score and local content management still abide by the free version usage specifications and restrictions. No other functional unlimited privileges are included in the subscription service scope.
All subscription activation records, valid period data and benefit usage records are stored locally on the user's device only. Users can clear relevant local data through device setting operation. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, no subscription related data and facial data will be reserved outside the local device.
Pictwist reserves the right to adjust the subscription cycle setting, benefit content and service rules according to product function iteration. All adjusted service rules will be displayed through the in-app subscription page. The adjustment of subscription rules will not involve any acquisition and collection of user personal information and facial data. The application does not collect any facial data in any subscription service adjustment process.
